All Tickets sold online and issued electronically only | No refund of exchange of tickets once payment is confirmed under any circumstances | Ticket price is exclusive of ticket handling fees | Ticket price is exclusive of payment processing fees ( FPX & eWallet & Credit Card = 3% | ATOME = 7.5% )

Concert Terms and Conditions

* Each ticket is valid for ONE admission only and tickets sold are not refundable / exchangeable / transferable or modify to other form of product

* Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained
* This event is strictly open to those aged 5 years old & above only.
* The usage of the e-Ticket is subject to the e-Ticket’s terms and conditions. The Ticket Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the usage of the e-Ticket. The Event Organizer shall not be 
   liable or be required to offer replacement of the e-Ticket or otherwise to compensate the Ticket Purchaser for:
    i. the discontinued or cancelled e-Ticket;
   ii. the improper use of the e-Ticket; or
  iii. the inability to use the e-Ticket due to technical issues.
* Upon the e-Ticket being issued to the Ticket Purchaser, the Event Organizer shall be fully discharged of its obligations in relation to the Event and e-Ticket and shall have no further
   obligations in connection to it.
* The Event Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for non-availability, cancellation and alterations made to the Event or the e-Ticket.
* The Ticket Purchaser is solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of his/her information at all times. The Event Organizer may also request for further information from the Ticket
   Purchaser to determine the authenticity of any information provided
* The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence.
