Concert Terms and Conditions
•Price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia excluding the handling fees of RM8.00 per ticket and transaction fees.
•Each ticket is valid for one-time admission only
•This event is strictly open to those aged 7 years old & above only.
•NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or ticket EXCHANGE allowed once tickets are sold.
•LOST or DAMAGED tickets will not be entertained.
•NO Professional photography, videography and audio recording are allowed for this event. Please note that photos and videos of patrons maybe taken at this event for use in our achievement and publicity material.
•OUTSIDE Food & Drinks are not allowed in the event venue unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
•Ticket holders shall observe any compliance with all event rules/prohibitions including those pertaining to infant and children admission, late arrival non-admittance, smoking, vape, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
•The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occuring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
•Strictly No Drugs and alcohol allowed
•The same wristband must be worn at all times during the event and attendees are responsible for their own wristbands. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. You will need to produce the following at the wristband redemption counter in order to redeem your wristband(s):
(i) The e-ticket(s) in print or digital form
(ii) A copy of the your valid photo ID or passport matching your ticket purchase
•The Event Organiser may refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorised agents, or damaged.
•The resale or use of tickets by third parties in connection with other offers and promotions of tickets without the prior authorisation or written consent of the Event Organiser is prohibited.
•The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions, without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission
Ilasso Tickets reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the above terms & conditions
