1.Ticketing & Admission
•Each ticket admits one person only and is valid for a single entry.
•Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged.
•Resale or use of tickets for promotions, contests, or commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited. Tickets found to be resold may be cancelled without a refund.
•The event organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify seating allocations if necessary.
•Latecomers will be allowed entry at a suitable time at the discretion of event staff. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.
2.Age Restrictions
•Standing Zone : Children aged 12 and below and pregnant ladies are not allowed.
•Seating Zone : Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
•Photo ID is required as proof of age.
3.Event Rules & Conduct
•Professional photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
•Smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping are not allowed within the venue.
•Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
•Crowd surfing and moshing are not allowed.
•Prohibited Items:

•Attendees are required to adhered to the DO’s and DON’T’s set out by the event organizer
4.Security & Safety
•All attendees are subject to security checks, including bag inspections.
•Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned.
•The event organizer and staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for unruly behaviour or breaches of these terms.
•Attendees assume personal responsibility for their safety and belongings at the venue.
5.Wristbands & Entry
•Wristbands must be worn at all times. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
•Wristbands can only be redeemed with:
(1)A valid e-ticket (digital or printed).
(2)A valid photo ID or passport matching the ticket purchase, if necessary, as requested by security.
•Entry may be denied to ticket holders with tampered, unauthorized, or counterfeit tickets or wristbands.
6.Event Changes & Cancellations
•Artist performance times are subject to change without prior notice.
•The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
•In case of an official cancellation, refunds will exclude ticket fees, processing, or service charges.
7.General Information
•Seating disputes must be resolved before the show starts.
•For issues on the event day, contact Information Counter for assistance.
8.By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and the Terms of Use of this platform. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the venue without compensation.
