General Terms and Conditions

Each registration is valid for one participant only | Participants are advised to read the Terms & Conditions before participating in the run | The Terms & Conditions are intended to assist in directing a large scale event to ensure the safety of all participants and to meet requirements of the local government permits | Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctor if they are in doubt of their health condition prior to taking part in the run | All entry fees are non-refundable | The Organizer retains the right to refuse entry to anyone declaring false information on their entry form, not making the required payment, or otherwise failing to meet the stated entry requirements | The Organizer reserves the right to use any photography (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings or any other media records taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors | The age limit to participate is 18 years old (anyone under 18- years old must have parental consent as the Organizer will not be liable for any incidents) | Participants aged below 15 years old should be accompanied by parent(s)/guardian(s)

Race Kit Collection

Race kit consists of running tee, number bib, drawstring bag and race guide (if any) | Please show screenshot or ticket (QR code) for collection of your registration as well as on behalf of others | Race kit will be available for collection on 27th September 2025 from 10.00am – 6.00pm at DATARAN PUTRAJAYA | At the end of collection time, all uncollected race kits are deemed as unwanted and therefore become the property of the organizers where the organizer has the right to dispose or redistribute the race kits in any manner deemed appropriate
