Debit & Credit Card payment is subject to 3% on total ticket price.

Concert Terms and Conditions:

* Each ticket is valid for one-time admission only
* Strictly no video recording and photography during the show
* Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained
* Attire: smart casual (no t-shirt and no slippers)

The Istana Budaya ushers have the right to prevent anyone who did not follow the above Dress Code from watching the performance. The scheduled programs could be changed without prior notice

* Audience must be seated 15 minutes before the show begin.
* Latecomers will have to wait for the right time to enter the auditorium in the waiting room. Our staff will assist them to their seats
* Children below 6 years old are not allowed in the auditorium. The exception is only for show specially made for children
* Camera and any means of recording are not allowed without the Istana Budaya Management’s permission
* Smoking, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the auditorium
